Q: What are the cleaning instructions?

A: It is best to give the steamer a quick clean after each use. Hold the steamer under warm water and lightly scrub firm but gently with a soft nylon brush. Do not scrub hard. Clean steamer lid as well. When all remnants of food are removed, give the steamer base and lid a good rinse with warm water. Set them on a dish rack to dry. When dry, store in a cool dry storage area.

Excellent quality

Received the product, the bottom of the bamboo is fault damaged with sharp pointed out. Wonder if the supplier is willing to exchange a new one
