Our family bought this fireplace set since our previous poker and shovel had broken down last winter. The tools were easy to assemble (just some screwing on of handles and rods) and feel very heavy-duty and sturdy during use. The included stand beautifully organizes the tools and provides easy access. They look great standing next to our fireplace. We have a roaring fire going every night during our freezing winters so these tools will be very useful in manipulating the burning wood in our fireplace. We are extremely pleased with this purchase.
