A: How can you avoid direct sunlight When that is the purpose for using an umbrella. Should we only use it on shady days ???!

Our other umbrella, the pole bent and it cost $40 just to get a new pole. So we decided to get this umbrella at target because of the price and because I like the color choices. I absolutely love the sea green and the umbrella is so much lighter than the perfect older heavy one that we had I like the fact that it has a tie when it's closed.

Love this lavender umbrella! The price couldn’t be beat while it was on sale, and I only 30 bucks even if it only lasts for a season that’s fine. The pole, the crank and handle, the spokes and the button to tilt it all seem extremely sturdy. The material seems great so far. I love the tieback so when I want to close it, I can tie it together with the Velcro. The pole diameter is 1.5” so it fit the water filled base I purchased on Amazon perfectly. Definitely recommend this umbrella while it’s on sale!

Received product in the winter - went to use in spring and found out that no string was attached to the pully/crank to open the umbrella. Sent pictures and all information to both manufacturer and Target and neither will back up product because I was "outside" the return window. And there you go, I am stuck with a new umbrella that doesn't work - never got to use.
