Description
Book Synopsis
Babies sure have a lot of growing up to do! They can't eat with a fork, sleep in a real bed, poop on a potty, ride a trike, or read a book. On every sweet lift-the-flap spread, Karen Katz's illustrations celebrate the varied accomplishments of older siblings who may be in need of a little ego-stroking after a new baby's arrival! Each book ends on a warm, loving note with the older child reassuring the baby that one day you'll be big like me.Dimensions (Overall): 7.82 Inches (H) x 6.78 Inches (W) x .5 Inches (D)

NOT a board book

I am disappointed that this is not a board book, like it is described. We love Karen Katz's books, but I was wanting a board book, not a hard cover book. I'm also disappointed that the flaps to lift are the entire page on every page. Much less entertaining than the other Karen Katz books we have where you lift only a specific part of the page. The story is great though.

This book turned out to be the perfect potty-training book for my 3-year old granddaughter! One of the examples of what a Big Sister can do that a baby sister cannot is go potty! She decided it was time to be a Big Girl. Too cute!
Great "BIG" sister/brother book

Received as a big sister book for my daughter. She loves the different pictures of big brothers AND big sisters with their little baby siblings. My daughter also loves flipping open the book to reveal what's on the other side of the page. Very entertaining!
