[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The garlic extract tablet does not have an overwhelming smell of garlic, but it does have a faint scent to it. The tablet size is small enough that it goes down easily with some water. Based on the suggested use, you can either take it once or twice a day and I think thats doable and easy to maintain especially if you take it right after your meal.

The tablets are easy to take, and there’s no strong smell left on my hands. I’ve been using it regularly and it feels very convenient for my busy days.
