Poor construction warning do not buy. Bestway declined warranty. Mine failed due to top seam failure on entire 16’ end of pool after 2 less than 2 summers of use and less than 29 months of ownership. Pump and filter valve too small to properly operate near 14k gal size. Had to replace after 1 st season.

I Bought this pool June of 2022 for 2 adults. On November 14 2024 i found the entire end of pool liner ripped open 2 feet from the top clear across the end. Looking into their 2 yr warranty replacement now but since 5 months over we will see if they honor. Also pump sent with pool not large enough to operate skimmer and bottom vacuum so had to order larger pump

Bought this pool 6/24/2022 and it is ruined! The pool came apart at the seam line across one end. Unbelievable! Have written to the company for a refund or new pool. Waiting to hear back.

I bought this pool 3 YEARS AGO and have left it up all year round since being put up 3 years ago.. it has held up amazingly. I have in addition bought a skimmer that hooks up to my pump to additionally help keep debris from sinking to the bottom, I would absolutely recommend this pool to anybody!

A decent size that the kid still has fun but not so big it takes up the whole yard. The pump could use an upgrade. Will probably purchase a bigger one for next year but for the price I'm happy

It was an easy set up with using the instructions. It has come in handy with the extremely hot weather in Florida. We love that it comes with the cover to help keep leaves and anything else out of the pool. So far, we haven't had any issues with it since we set it up.

So this is the end of the second season with this pool. We absolutely love it. We have a huge family so the size was a need and a must! So much more room to enjoy even with kids on the other side splashing around. Now with that being said, there are plastic connectors inside the steel top frame to hold this sucker together. They just give way. So at least half our connectors are done and there aren’t any on the website to replace. I’ve asked for call backs and nothing. So being in Ohio we are happy it didn’t give way this season. But we will be taking it down and probably having to buy another for next year and with the reliability of actually speaking to someone it will more than likely be a different brand. Please do not leave a generic contact us reply because obviously people trying to contact you doesn’t work.

No tools were required but extra helpful hands is definitely needed. Easy filter and value set up, perfect cover that covers the entire pool with no loosely ends. Holds approximately 3,400 gallons in my water tho. We are planning our first pool party! I can't wait to show this beauty off to my family and friends immediately!

You’ll need a large space flattened and cleared out to be able to set it up properly but once you have the space available, the set up is quite easy in the pool makes for a great family time it’s 19 feet long and 4 feet deep so it’s plenty of space for a lot of people I highly recommend you pick one up especially for the price it comes with absolutely everything that you need.

It literally took less than an hour to set up, and we used NO tools to do it. We have used it every single day since we got it…..I even use it to swim laps in the mornings. The pool is strong and it looks nice in our back yard. If need are looking for an above ground pool, get this one! You will love it!

This pool is about 4ft deep and it includes ladder, pump, filter, and cover . To be able to move this box is pretty heavy it’ll take about 2-3 people and pool weighs about 280lbs . I do enjoy that you don’t have to take this above ground pool down every season . The cleaning can be used w/ pump and with chemicals . I do use both just to make sure it stays clean .

It was really heavy, and the box estimated 30 min, but it took us closer to 2 hours. The poles are a little tricky to get put together and they kept falling apart if all 2 of us werent holding it. The liner was really thick and the cover also. We have it set up right now and my kids are so excited to get to swim!! It holds 3800 gallons.
