  • A: I think with how soft the dough is, the shapes wouldn’t hold unless you over cooked them quite a bit. Even then, during the baking process the shape would change a little and look melted.

The pumpkin flavor comes through nicely but I think these could definitely be elevated with a cream cheese frosting. They remind me of more of a cake like cookie. For the value it’s worth it as it makes a decent amount of cookies and the packaging is convenient to open or store for later!

As I mixed the dough it smelled soo good but I did feel it was a bit dry but nope. Cookies came out great! A little on the thick side rather than thin. The recipe says to add cream cheese frosting but I opted for rolling them in sugar and they came out great, they had a nice crisp to them. I would've liked the pumpkin flavor to actually cone through more but aside from that they were great. Tastes super buttery and a the spice came through nicely. I'd buy again.

I added mini milk chocolate chips and rolled the dough ball into sugar before placing on the cookie sheet. Perfect amount of sweetness how I made them. Quick and easy to do.

My daughter helped me mix it and we plopped them on the cookie sheet and only 15 mins in the oven. They came out super fluffy and the flavor taste great! We opted not to get the icing but even without we loved them. Also you could smell the delicious pumpkin even when the cookie mix was uncooked. While in the oven it made our house smell so good!
