Checked out 4 others before clicked with this one. Very close to our real one from last year. Artificial tree from now on.

Slightly smaller than expected measured on the floor before purchasing when we got it we put it together and it's definitely smaller by a few inches but still a nice tree

I had purchased a Christmas tree just after Christmas (2023). My grandson and I finally got the tree set-up to check out everything, that all was in working order. We both were blown away by the detail of secured packaging and details of the product! The tree is absolutely gorgeous!!! Both my grandson and I are so excited for 2024 Christmas and putting up the tree again. Thank you for the detail and quality your company provides!

I returned the tree. Even after trying to shape the tree, you could see thru it. Didn't even come close to looking like the picture on the web site.

Wish we had done this earlier. We were replacing our very tall tree with something smaller so we could eliminate having to climb a ladder to decorate. We also bought the wheeled stand so we could roll it down the hall to store in a closet. We were wowed by how pretty and natural looking this tree was. It was also slim enough to fit into the space beautifully. The quality is amazing. The 'trunk' is brown textured so it looks much more realistic than a green or black metal pole. We couldn't be happier with the look and the quality. Oh and the way the tree is boxed and shipped, to the instruction booklets, along with the packaging inside...pure quality and class. Well done Balsam Hill! edit: the stand is also of excellent quality - very sturdy, not one of those cheap-wheeled flimsy stands. Easy to assemble and super easy to roll our new tree due thanks to high quality wheels and overall engineering.

The tree was easy to set up and the lights were gorgeous. Didn't need ornaments! But the overall fullness and size was not what I was looking for . For the money, I was looking for the wow effect and I did not get that. The return process was smooth and pick up by FedEx at my door.

We bought the tree at the end of the Christmas season. Il let you more when Christmas comes around this year.

I have an artificial tree that's only two years old and after struggling with it for those two years, I decided to get something smaller that I didn't need help with. It's lighter and easier to set up and only one foot shorter than the one I have. It's very realistic and I didn't have to spend any time fluffing it. Taking it down, putting it in the storage bag was a lot easier than I expected too. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

First of all I'm so pleased with the quality of the tree. It looks sooo real. Reminds me of the spruce trees we had as a child. Since it's after Christmas I haven't decorated it but I did put it together with ease. All the lights work. I order the narrow & it's the perfect size for the allotted space. Can't wait to decorate it

Glad we bought this tree. It was ready right out of the box. Hardly any adjustments needed. Enough space between branches for ornaments to hang but plenty full. Love the clear/color options and dimmable feature…

As an older customer this tree is easy to put together and take down.

The Knights of Columbus have been buying live trees for years. I have seen so good artificial trees. I was so pleased with the trees. Everyone thought they were live trees. They were easy to set up and take down.

As a Christmas tree snob, I looked down on artificial trees up until now. Balsam Hill has completely changed my mind on the entire thing. Since my children no longer live at home (thus me losing my tree decorators) I needed a solution. Balsam Hill to the rescue! I wanted the most realistic tree and loved the idea of a prelit and easy plug. A real snap to put together and take down!

Arrived on time, great design and perfect size. Looks very natural. So much do, that the kitty loves climbing up it!

Our Norwegian tree is very easy to set-up. We love changing the lights from color, clear+color and clear

It is really a nice tree. (7.5' Norway Spruce Slim LED Color + Clear). We love everything about it. During the day, light shows through the layers of branches. It's a nice size without being too big. There are lots of places for my large and small ornaments, including deeper into the tree. The lighting is also beautiful. You can control the brightness of the lights. We are really enjoying our purchase.

The good part-easy to assemble. Good storage bags. Adequate number of lights. On-Off switch was very convenient!. Stand was easy to assemble and cover. Disappointed in foliage around the main trunk-it's noticeably fake and needed to be thicker. Also need more branches near the main trunk, so that when the tree was fluffed it looked more real! Took a tremendous time to fix up to look real and not like fake layers. Came with two storage bags so divided up was not as heavy to lift and store, but plan on having a good storage spot. The foliage looks more fake then real, even though it was "most realistic" type available.

I was very disappointed with the appearance of this tree. It looks very fake and cheap. The top is wobbly and the branches are not very sturdy. I expected better quality based on the price.

I have a narrow space but wanted something somewhat full, with lots of room to hang ornaments. The Norway Spruce did not disappoint. It's a beautiful tree, easy to decorate and perfect for my space.

Delivery was super fast. Assembly, easy. Absolutely love the tree and considering a larger size to complement next season. Beautiful tree and enough openings for ornaments. It stands behind the double glass front doors for all to see.
