This is okay - the flavor was a bit bland, a little too sweet for me, nothing complex. It’s a very soft dish - everything is well cooked and no varying textures. I love Japchae and would have liked a lot more veg in this offering.

My husband is eating keto and I’m not, so it’s sometimes hard for me to come up with quick lunches for him. I read the nutritional information for this and thought great! 5 grams of carbs and 1 gram of fiber for a net carb of 4. Perfect. I just got my Target order and double checked the nutrition and it’s 51 grams of carbs!! The online label is grossly inaccurate. This might actually taste good, but my husband will never know and I’m so frustrated I don’t want it.

The texture was rubbery. The noodles were not bad. The portion size did seem nice and the packaging of the container did seem very clear and simple.
