[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The photo on the box looked more appealing than the product. It was more like a soup. Very little noodles. The flavor was bland and the noodles had the chew of gummy worms. The smell filled my entire home and not in a good way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from Influenster for my honest opinion. Upon opening the coloring is very vibrant and appealing to the eye. The portion size is perfect for anyone who is watching how much they eat. The flavor is good and I didn’t add anything to it. The downside for me is the sodium and carbs. If you’re diabetic or have hypertension, this is something you will want to avoid.

I'm half Korean and grew up eating Japchae. I thought this was delicious. That said, if you are expecting ramen, lo mein, udon, pho, etc--this is not that. Glass noodles are a chewy and slippery texture. I would say these are softer than homemade Japchae. The flavor is good and I thought the portion was a decent size for a quick lunch or a snack.

I’m knocking it one star because of that. It was close but not quite there. If it had a bit more noodle it would no doubt be 5 star! I would purchase again.

This japchae has such a good flavor, with juicy well-seasoned chicken and veggies. I’m a huge fan of glass noodles, so that added extra brownie points for me! I wish they had a larger portion it’s so good. I will definitely rebuy! I didn’t not find it dry or gelatinous like another review.

The texture is typical for a noodle dish and the taste is good. Easy to make which is nice in a pinch. The ingredients are ok - could be worse and could be better. I would use this as a side dish or as an add it to another dish.

I love this brand generally but this was my first time with this meal specifically. The food looked good, smelled good, but it did not taste good. The texture of the noodles was like rubber gummy worms. The noodles were thick and gelatinous and very off putting. I picked the chicken and vegetables out and threw away the rest in the garbage.

yuck. this tastes nothing like japchae, and it had way too much liquid. the chicken was chewy and it tasted so weird. the noodles were terrible. I took a few bites and threw it away.

The only thing I was surprised by (but more in a neutral and negative way) was how liquidy the bowl was—it was more ramen/soup adjacent than the box-photo suggested. Still delicious though!

I loved the flavor and feel of the noodles. There’s a good amount of sauce, tiny bit of spice and most importantly the chicken pieces were perfectly cooked. It wasn’t chewy nor cartilagey like some fully cooked chicken pieces in other meals. The vegetables were also pleasant. Nice
