This japchae has such a good flavor, with juicy well-seasoned chicken and veggies. I’m a huge fan of glass noodles, so that added extra brownie points for me! I wish they had a larger portion it’s so good. I will definitely rebuy! I didn’t not find it dry or gelatinous like another review.

I normally love this brand. These are single serving, which I didn't realize, and would not have paid this price for them. The noodles are slimy, the chicken is unseasoned and dry, and the sodium level is ridiculous. Pass

The texture is typical for a noodle dish and the taste is good. Easy to make which is nice in a pinch. The ingredients are ok - could be worse and could be better. I would use this as a side dish or as an add it to another dish.

I love this brand generally but this was my first time with this meal specifically. The food looked good, smelled good, but it did not taste good. The texture of the noodles was like rubber gummy worms. The noodles were thick and gelatinous and very off putting. I picked the chicken and vegetables out and threw away the rest in the garbage.

yuck. this tastes nothing like japchae, and it had way too much liquid. the chicken was chewy and it tasted so weird. the noodles were terrible. I took a few bites and threw it away.

The only thing I was surprised by (but more in a neutral and negative way) was how liquidy the bowl was—it was more ramen/soup adjacent than the box-photo suggested. Still delicious though!

I loved the flavor and feel of the noodles. There’s a good amount of sauce, tiny bit of spice and most importantly the chicken pieces were perfectly cooked. It wasn’t chewy nor cartilagey like some fully cooked chicken pieces in other meals. The vegetables were also pleasant. Nice

I don't think I've ever had glass noodles so kind of weird seeing them but they tasted so good. Sauce has a good flavor. Easy open packing and just poke a whole with a fork and toss in microwave for 4 1/2 mjnutes and done. Only thing I wish it had more but I think that's me being a fatty.

I am glad to see their products on the shelves in the US outside of Korean or international markets. The chicken and vegetable japchae noodles frozen meal is a quick lunch in 4 and a half minutes. Overall, the noodles are tasty but the chicken is a bit dry, which was disappointing. It was good, but not something I’d grab on repeat - lower in fat and higher in protein than I expected, so it was a pretty well-rounded meal - although higher in sodium than I’d prefer. This is a quick and easy meal if you’re strapped for time and something worth giving a try, especially if you’re new to Korean cuisine. Definitely a healthier option than many other frozen meals as well.

The ingredients tasted fresh and the noodles had a great texture. The meal was a little bit watery but it was very flavorful and the sauce did thicken up. This meal was also very easy to cook! Highly recommend.
