Q: Would these decorations be able to be hanged from helium-filled latex balloons?

A: Hello, thank you for reaching out! That is an excellent question- I do not believe we have tried this before! I would say it may be possible, but specifically the larger swirls could potentially be too heavy for a standard size helium-filled latex balloon. Hope that helps! Thank you! -Chaela
