Every time I use this firepit, people literally gravitate over to us and ask all about it. it's a fantastic companion for the back of the truck (or car), when you want to cook over real wood vs. gas. Easy to control with the fan and simple to stow away when done. It always draws a crowd and levels up our dinner!

Battery life and durability
We have had the f the bio light fire pit for three years. It is amazing! Battery life exceptional. We use it on our deck as well as when we are camping. We revive many compliments on how it looks.

Bad kinks need to be lookex at.
Bought this about a year ago and its been......ok the battwry pack fan has become very loud due to it not spinning correctly its clipping the side of the housing making it unusable also would be much better if they used the thermo generator tech they have in the cooking stove that is the best peoduct ive ever bought for a camping aspect. Please fix the issues with this product. I had such high expectations just based on my experiance with your cooking stove.

The FirePit's design intentionally excludes a thermoelectric generator to radiate heat outward for a traditional campfire feel. The CampStove concentrates heat for efficient thermoelectric conversion; adding such a generator to the FirePit's larger flame would provide minimal electricity and cost over $600.

Love the grill function
Love this fire pit! Doesnt generate as much heat but still makes good ambiance. Love the grill function too. My only issues is that because of the mesh side you cant really control the heat so its always on full after burner mode. wish they'll make a cover for the sides when grilling.

Good pit with some downfalls
The fire pit is beautiful. I love the visibility of the fire and the mostly smokeless aspects. A few disappointing aspects: the fire pit came with a substantial dent in the wire mess. The battery pack fan is super loud. Otherwise, it is a portable size and easy to assemble.

Not what I was looking for. Bad at keeping warm
To put it simply. Good functional product. Bad at keeping us warm. Good at cooking. If you had all the products for it it would be better. Still smoke, maybe wrong fuel? Nice and pretty though. It needs a heat diffuser on top to spread the heat. Please create and add that product. The bag also needs work. Stuffing the fire stoker through the loops is not feasible. One of the loops is tearing. Maybe a velcro or bigger loops? Also the grill slides out, needs a latch.

Best Firepit on the market!
Was gifted one by a close friend of mine after he purchased one for himself. Used it this past weekend in Pismo and it did not disappoint. Weather was beautiful and a little chilly and this kept myself and wife very warm. Can’t wait to use it again!

Love that Firepit!
I really like using the Firepit+. So easy to start (and stop) a fire. I also love an essentially smokeless fire experience. Also a great grill for cooking. I wish its battery recharged with the heat of the fire like the Cook Stove, but am nevertheless thrilled to have the firepit.

TOO FINICKY
Wood has to be perfect size. I think making it more square(27x27) would be more practical so you can position the wood better. It's Tricky to get wood just right to have good, warm flame . Fan throws snowing ash toward the end of the burn. If you stop fan, then it smokes out. You can't dowse it with water so you just gotta move it somewhere away to finish smoldering out.

Thank you for getting in touch. Our FirePit is made to fit standard firewood that is 16" long. It's best not to go over this length to avoid smoke from packing beyond the fuel chamber. The rest is all about how you build your fire. We have a few tips for getting a great flame. For ash production, try adjusting the wood placement for better airflow and reducing ash.
