On Month 2
I'm giving it 3 stars because I definitely don't feel like it moves things like my other probiotic did but I'm trusting the process. It's only month 2 so we shall see!

I now take this every day
It just makes things work better. My Gastro advised that I start taking a probiotic, so long as it contained certain key ingredients. I take other Legion products, so checked out Biome. It did have the necessary ingredients, so ordered it. I will be taking it every morning. No bloating, no discomfort at all. Everything just works better. Another fine Legion product.

Unfortunately, no positive change from Biome for me. . . upsetting, but i genuinely gave it an honest try - 5 weeks of taking it daily at the recommended dosage. Hope it works for majority of folks, but I am not one of those.

I have been struggling with gut issues for a while now, and I always rely on probiotics to help me mitigate the problem. Decided to give Biome a shot as I trust and admire all Legion's products, but it didn't produce ANY effect whatsoever. Quite surprising, to be honest, as the over-the-counter probiotic I am using is much more affordable and has less CFUs than Biome, so I am yet to figure out why it didn't work for me. I am a big fan of Legion, and I am glad this one is able to help some folks, just apparently I am not one of them, and that's okay!

Not for me:(
Unfortunately, had to switch back to my regular probiotic as Biome didn't have the same positive effect on my gut health. I normally use generic brand Nature's Bounty, which has less CFUs than Biome, so I was really surprised to find out Biome is no help. Glad it works for most people, just seems like I am not one of them :)

Great for calming down the stomach!
As someone who highly believes in digestive enzymes to help with food digestion and bloating, this works really well. I know it's not a digestive enzyme but the effectiveness this has when I feel bloated and need something to calm my stomach is amazing. This is my go-to on top of drinking kombucha (ginger/lemon) and when I don't have my normal digestive enzymes on hand. Highly recommend!

No positive effects vs other brands
Not seeing any positive effects yet but giving it time. I am not impressed with the manufacturing quality check as these supplements are expensive and today I took my dose and I had an empty capsule in the bottle.
