A: Hello, The Bionaire Essence 360 Air Purifier features an air ionizer. Air ionizers may produce a small amount of ozone as a byproduct. According to product information, the ionizer in this appliance produces less ozone than the UL established limits of 50 parts per billion (ppb). I bought this because my mom has a severe cat allergy and was coming to stay with me for a long weekend. I used this in the bedroom she stayed in and you could smell the difference! This makes the air smell so fresh and crisp and it helped with her allergies a ton! My other sister bought the same one and loves it too. Definitely a must for those with allergies, or those looking for a more holistic way to freshen their air.

We spend most of time there so needed to purify the air and free from the cooking smell. And it does a great job at it. It is compact and quite operation is cherry on the top. It is super quiet. Can easily be put to bedroom for calm sleep with fresh air. Overall this is a great purifier if you are looking for one.

I like the night feature where you can't even hear it and I sleep sound. It also takes all odors out of such a big area . I love this and I would definitely get more for my kitchen and bath.

It is super easy to use.The filter goes in the bottom of the unit and is very easy to put in. It's not too loud (it is a little quieter than a fan) and is kinda a comforting sound. It's not obnoxious at all! You can leave it on all the time or set the timer for 2,4,or 8 hour cycles.

It works great and she likes the light telling you to change the filter. It also has an auto off feature because she would always leave the old one on. Overall a great product.

At first, I was worried it might be too loud to be able to sleep with, but quickly found out that it already operates quietly and also has a sleep setting that makes the fan audibly undetectable. Overall, I find the air quality has improved a lot. I also like that it has an ionizer to help trap even more particles. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a purifier that’s very quiet and efficient.

I have it placed in our family room which also connected with our kitchen since this is where we spend most of our time. The air purifier has 3 fan modes. We keep it for most of the time on low, since it's more quiet. We do turn it up when cooking to help with cooking smells that can be strong, and it seems to help. The unit is a nice classic white design that really works nicely in our home. We don't need a replacement filter yet, but the price is a little high in my opinion.

Whenever the air gets stinky, we turn this purifier on and the stink is gone within minutes. I also like that it has a timer as I had a habit of leaving our previous purifier on for far too long.
