I initially purchased the charcoal strips but I wasn’t impressed. It left a lot of blackheads behind and left a residue on my face. After reading the reviews for these, I decided to try them instead. I have used them on my nose, forehead and chin. They are so strong and the amount that comes out is crazy. I’m extremely impressed and will purchase these again every time they run out. My teen daughter is using them and my husband currently has one on right now after he saw what mine looked like.

I’ve been using these since I was a teen (so more than 15 years!). I’m 35 and my skin isn’t perfect, I am prone to blackheads for sure. These work way better than the charcoal ones, don’t even waste your time with those. Swipe to see pics of my strips and an after photo with no makeup once the strips were removed. It’s so satisfying to see all the gunk that comes out! And over time I really do think they make a difference in how much gets clogged in my pores and make them smaller. After many years of trial and error, I’ve found that best way to use these is to 1. Wash your face with really warm water to help encourage opening your pores. 2. Leave skin damp and wet the strips only slightly so that the strip is wet but not goopey. 3. Place on skin and smooth out any bubbles. 4. This step is the most important but make sure these strips dry/garden *all the day* and *quickly* or not as many blackheads will come out. I sit outside in the sun for this part. If I do this inside and it takes longer to harden, not as many will get removed. 5. Finally, remove the strip by pulling both ends at the same time. 6. Rinse residue off your face with cool/cold water to help close your pores and finish with your moisturizer.
