These are a staple in our house for a variety of dishes. They are always fresh tasting and conveniently packaged to use in many ways. The only con is they can retain a lot of liquid if your go to method is roasting as they can get a bit soggy if now dried first.

This product is terrible. Will not buy Birdseye again. The steam fresh broccoli cuts states over 50% florets. It barely has florets and the stems included were tough. I had to throw away

Deteriorating quality. In the last couple months, the florets have been mostly partial stems with separate yellow (not green) heads with a strange texture. Many pieces have black/dark brown spots. Even the pieces that appear edible taste sickly and very bitter. I'm no longer taking chances with my health for these nasty bags. Will be switching to another brand effective immediately.

This product used to be great... then slowly became more stems than florets. Go buy fresh Broccoli and save yourself money.

I wonder if even adding a review will help, reading many others have the same complaint. I was prepared to show pictures of the product because it is disappointing. And it happens more and more frequently. We eat this product weekly. More and more we come across broccoli that looks sickly and is nothing but a stem. And I read that the company responds, but nothing has changed. I suppose I can return it to the store, but that wont change. The company has to change.

I bought this to try as I usually use fresh. Rather than pan / steam / microwave I put in the broiler after thawing as I do with my fresh. It came out ok - but there were SO MANY stems and leaves. This is not the quality that I remember with Birdseye. I'll have to think twice before buying again.
