woody broccoli, far from a quality product
I was amazed how bad this product was, and noticed several dozen reviews like this one; my experience is the same: only half edible 50% - 75% of the bag is tough inedible stems it's baffling how I see comments and rates on here from 2 years ago yet nothing has changed so not only is it a bad product they don't care enough to change it. If I had seen how bad the review are and how long you have known about the problem, I would have never bought this stuff. No more Birds Eye for me.

Birds Eye is now not much better than Generic brands… Used to be excellent & has definitely gone downhill! Plenty of hard garbage waste that should have been removed from Broccoli prior to being prepared for sale.

You can steam these in the packaging and that’s really convenient for a lot of people. Hot food in a couple minutes and no boiling water. I love the taste of these ones.

Stick with Florets
I bought the 19 ounce bag of broccoli "cuts", when I normally buy their broccoli "florets". I was a bit reluctant because a lot of times, brands throw in all stems and no florets at all in "mixed" bags like that. I was immediately reassured, via a yellow badge on the front of the "cuts" bag that read, "Over 50% Florets in every bag!". Great, perfect-my worries are gone. Twist ending though-MAYBE 30% of the bag was florets. You could've just left that LIE off the bag! It was so intentional-I felt compelled to look them up and write a review. My stir fry is 20% worse than it should've been. In all seriousness, though, corporations have no integrity or worry about their reputations. Everything is a scam, or made to be replaced quickly, and America is a capitalist dystopia.

Like the size, convenience & price but with that comes quality and here there's only a few good florets and the rest are stems/stalks.

Bad quality
The "cuts" were like chewing on sticks. Horrible experience. The floweretts were outnumbered by the cuts. Will not buy again.

Easy to cook
These are in a steamfresh bag so all you do is stick them in the microwave and cook. They are easy to open. They have a great taste not soggy . The nutritional value is good. Great veggie
