A: Mine said machine washable on the label; however, after using for some months, it no longer looks good. It becomes flat and even the color changes. I just washed it today and it still looks the same. It’s best to just buy a new one when yours begins to look like mine did. It’s a cheaply made item.

A: It doesn’t shed, but after months of low by being something to step on when I get out of bed, it just did not keep its looks. It became very flat looking and the shade just turned more like gray or a dull color. I then washed it in cold water, and it still never looked good. I’m just buying a new one.

A: They might mean that there isn't information about the pile height, but I purchased this rug a little over a year ago and it's pretty thick. I would say it's at least 3/4"-1". Extremely soft too! I put it in my daughter's room and we love it, but I will say it doesn't have a hard backing so it definitely gets messed up easily (will develop a large wrinkle throughout and needs to be smoothed out frequently). Ours is on top of her very low pile carpet.
