Loved the Gold chain I purchased from this site. . . Although I was disappointed by the way it was Packed. . Seemed like it was just thrown in the jewelry box and placed in the packaging. . I immediately called and spoke to Teresa whom was more than apologetic about my item and reassured me if I found anything wrong with my chain to let her know and it will be fixed. . Other than that Chain has semi weight and is very sparkly and goes great with my gold pendant. . Happy Customer here so far! :)
