DO NOT BUY. Returning immediately. The power will not stay on. Only way to use was to constantly hold the power button so blue light would come on. Without the power or blue light on, the steamer did not work. Very heavy and hard to use for someone with grip or holding issues. ZERO STARS ACROSS THE BOARD.

This product only works for barely wrinkled clothing. If you need a steamer/ iron for the purpose of actually getting wrinkles out, I do not recommend. I attempted to use it as a steamer and even as a hand held iron and it is very heavy to use as an iron. I usually trust reviews when purchasing expensive items, but this was a total miss.

The steamer worked for a few months at best. It started leaking the water from every orifice! The front of the iron, the back of the iron, the top, etc. depending on how you held it. Save yourself the money to buy something better.

It started leaking water a few months after purchasing it and it does get quite hot enough to get wrinkles out properly. Other than that, it’s an okay combo for the price range. I’d recommend getting a steamer first and purchasing a seperate press iron later, you’d get batter value that way.

When it works it’s ok. After 5 minutes, steams stops even thought it’s still filled with water. I have to constantly turn off and on to get the steam to start again. I’ve had this for about 6 months. It shouldn’t die out this quickly. I do not recommend.

I'm on my second one of these (first one made far too little steam). The 2nd one has the exact same problem. Steam comes out inconsistently and tends to come out best when the iron plate is perpendicular to the ground. This defeats the purpose of steaming garments that are hanging. Will be returning. No idea how this product has good reviews.

The first time I used this iron it did wonderful on removing wrinkles from my clothes and putting creases in my jeans. The second time I used it there was less steam and it didn’t get as hot. There is no temperature control. I wouldn’t recommend product.
