These are nice but inconsistent. The lining on two of the 4 panels I ordered seems to stop short of the top, so the sun pours through. Not exactly blackout.

Please be aware that the website desciption only lists the contents as polyester and cotton and says the product is OEKO-TEX certified. However, I was surprised by the strong smell when I opened the package and I immediately checked the tag. In addition to the poly/cotton, the tag says: COATING: POLYETHYLACRYLATE. When I looked this up, I found some information stating that ethyl acrylate is possibly carcinogenic to humans or at least cause allergies in some. I am not studied enough in this to know whether this particular iteration of ethyl acrylate is toxic, but the fact that this curtain was to go on a west-facing window with strong sun that would constantly heat the material and right next to my son's bed, I would rather be safe than sorry and am returning it. Also, there is no mention of OEKO-TEX certification on the actual product tag. I'm so disappointed. We have purchased Pillowfort curtains in the past and there was no mention of the polyethylacrylate on the labels; I hope that they were not misleading labels and that it is a new addition! Please note this review has nothing to do with the quality of the curtains themselves as we did not try them out, merely pointing out what I found in case other parents are shopping for non-toxic materials for their children's rooms and might be similarly concerned about this coating material.

I’ve bought 6 panels trying to get 4 to match- 2 trips to the store and 1 online order. So far I’m out of luck. I talked to customer service who were also unhelpful to find a matching color run or offer a solution. These are peachy pink not bubblegum. Scalloped are pinker. These are becoming a huge hassle for us so buyer beware.

These block the sun, but the smell is awful. I thought it would go away. Kept them up for a month. If anything, it got worse. Smelled like terrible plastic. I was kinda scared about what off-gassing chemicals my baby was inhaling. Had to get rid of them. Bought Sleepout, which I should have done in the first place. Don't waste your money on these.

Bought these curtains for a room that my Granddaughter would be taking her naps. Needed them to use right away. Not happy with the sewing of side hems. Lining does not meet up with edge of curtains bought 4 panels and they all had same issue.

Do not buy these for your kid’s room!! We had them hanging on the curtain rod for 6 months, and they still reek of horrible plastic. Very disappointed as I trusted this brand to be relatively safe for children’s products.
