Love this spatula!
When we purchased our Blackstone Griddle we bought the accessory pack with the 2 spatulas, scrapper & 2 bottles. I wanted something wider to flip burgers, salmon or fries. When this spatula arrived we both really liked it and that's the one we seem to grab almost everytime we use the griddle...which is pretty much daily!

Heavy Duty
This is a beast of a spatula. Its heavy duty and works great. The edge is sharp allowing you to flip a burger without leaving the crust on the griddle. The only thing I wish the cutout logo was on the upper part as I use it for smash burgers and the burger goes through the cutout.

Was looking at another product and saw this heavy duty spatula. Kinda took a chance. I usually like to see the tools I buy in person first. I am glad I did. Heavy duty: Yes in deed. Balanced: Yes Edge: sharp Quality: very good It is heavy, but feels great to use. Not awkward or clumsy. It is thicker than a normal spatula, but has a sharp edge so you don't leave the good tasting caramelization on griddle! The obvious use is for smash burgers, yes, but also use it for... * Flipping large pieces of fish (salmon, catfish). nothing falls apart. * cleaning the griddle... just squirt a bit of water and this thing clears it off in no time at all. I was able to take two tools out of my "griddle tool box" because of this.

Heavy Duty Hamburger Spatula
This is one well made piece of equipment. Definitely the sturdiest spatula that I’ve ever seen. It can handle the largest hamburger that you could ever make and more. This is definitely a well made compliment to my Blackstone 36 inch griddle, which incidentally, is incredible.
