Too light weight
You have to hold it down or the egg runs underneath and out the mold.

Keeps eggs from running away!
Love the omelet ring. Especially considering the "levelness" of the griddle. My scrambled eggs end up running to the rear of griddle immediately. So, the omelet ring is nice to keep things centrally located. Fried eggs are just as easy without the smaller rings. I guess they would be most beneficial for sunny side up eggs or eggs benedict.

Egg and omelette ring kit
Egg rings are good but the omelette ring is flimsy and leaked out the eggs. Unfortunately I would not recommend. I do have multiple BS accessories that are great but this one’s a poor choice.

Egg Rings - these things are the bomb. If the griddle happens to be a little off level - the egg stays inside the ring. Once it hardens a little - remove the ring - Walah!!!!!
