Overall the LP deals with different themes of change, new friends, finding new paths, isolation but also understanding that one can be a beacon of love and change. Overall there's a feeling of one tumbling down but finding themself in the process, getting back up and continuing on. The record has an existential, vulnerable theme to it, understanding the fragility to life while holding excitement and hope for the future. Salfi says, "I wanted to keep this record honest and positive, not bury the lyrics & maintain a feeling of vulnerability & fragility that is sometimes missed when artists try to over align to a certain aesthetic." Overall the record should be a reminder to always persevere. The record combines existential feelings with also feelings of pure bliss and heavy guitars with airy vocal melodies bringing it together.
