Its a notebook. It jas lots of spots to plan workouts and track progress. I just got it, so I'm not sure how effective it will be for me yet, but as far as fitness journals go, it seems pretty good, if not a little over priced

This is a nice set. The pen is a twist to use and is so cute! It writes okay, I have smoother pens. The journal is nice, the paper is a little thin, there are some nice details like the gold elastic bookmark and the pen holder. The tape measure goes to 56 inches, for some reason that strikes me as odd, why doesn't it go to 60 inches? It is a locking tape measure and the button releases the length, it's a cute color and works as expected. Overall if you're looking for a cute set for recording your fitness journey for 12 weeks I would recommend.
