I’m 5’2”, 130 lbs, and got a small. For a short girly, dresses/skirts are always too long on me, but this dress is the perfect length. I have a smaller chest, and the gathered bust is not only cute and trendy, but it makes the girls look fantastic. This dress is so beautiful, Cassey!!!!

I was so excited to hear that Casey Ho from Blogilates & PopFlex had the chance to expand her Blogilates line at Target. Her designs are always spot on and this dress is proof of that! The fabric and construction/tailoring are top notch and you basically get the high quality and design of her PopFlex brand with the affordable cost of Target with this Blogilates for Target line. I love that this dress has thoughtful design details such as the built in shorts with two pockets (one on each side), super stretch and comfortable material, bust is double lined with opening for optional bra pad inserts (not included), adjustable straps, and that the back of the skirt is a bit longer than the front to cover the booty nicely. I am 5’2”, 135 lbs, 34/36 B bust, Athletic build, and I got a size Small. It fit perfectly. I did also get the size Medium to try on (as I can sometimes flex between size Small and Medium with her PopFlex brand), however I ended up going with the Small since the bust was a bit too big on me with the Medium. If you have a larger cup size than B/C, I would suggest sizing up to a size Medium. I love the color Cream and Pink and will likely be keeping both as I just can’t choose a favorite between the two! I highly recommend this gorgeous dress and any of Casey’s Blogilates for Target products. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

I wanted to love it but….couldn’t! I’m 5’7 145lbs and I got a medium hoping it would fit a little longer but nope! It’s super short in the front and reminds of a shirt than a dress. I don’t like how low the top is and no boob support. The material was nice and feels comfortable but this dress needs to be a bit longer and more supportive on top.

As a PopFlex fan and owner of many pieces I can easily say this is one of my favorite dresses that Cassey has designed! As a plus size woman with a busty bust this dress really just hits in all the right places. Despite the straps being thinner they do hold up the ladies really well! As for sizing, I’m typically a 2X in PopFlex sometimes a 1X. I ordered this online and went with a 2X and it fits really well. I possibly could have sized down for a slightly more snug fit. But rest assured there’s plenty of space for the ladies. I wouldn’t categorize this as activewear dress, only because the top doesn’t offer much support in terms of jumping or doing any high motion activity, but as a cute casual I’m busy chasing kids day dress, it’s perfect!
