    I love this idea and all the various good effects it has had on my home, but the directions are difficult to read and understand. I find it difficult to read such fine print. Other than that, the unite works and is doing a good job.

    I love my Blue Pure 211i Max!

    On July 2, my 21 year old refrigerator decided to die a smokey death. Smoke drifted from my kitchen to the living room where my Blue Pure was situated. After unplugging the refrigerator, Blue Pure cleared the room of smoke and odor within 2 hours. Great job Blue Pure!

    Good if you have cats

    I got 2 cats,I’ve had the air purifier for about 4 months, the pre filter has every inch covered in cat hair every week, you wouldn’t think that much is flying in the air

    No Change

    We have two Great Pyrenees dogs. I bought this from reading about how it is supposed to help with both dog smell and dog hair; along with other house hold orders. I was not expecting a ton of help with dog hair, but expected some. I have not noticed any difference with any of it. It barely comes on in auto mode. I usually turn on the fan myself. I would not buy this again.

    Older Purifer Works Better

    I bought this new Pure 211+ purifier as there were no options to buy the older 211 model. Although they are the same size, and I read great reviews, this new one does NOT filter the air as my older model does, and it is filtering a significantly smaller room/area. The air does not smell fresh nor clean. It smells worse even when I come home after being closed up all day. From Day 1, the room consistently has an almost chemical/musty/mildewy smell that does NOT go away even with the windows open, and has been steadily getting worse the past 1.5 months.

    Simple and clean design

    So far I’m a fan of the design, it blends really well in my home, it’s perfectly quiet, and I love the data and information available in the app. Haven’t had to change a filter so we’ll see how easy cleaning and maintaining will be but so far so good.

    Excellent, don't have to think about it typically, minimal maintenance

    I've had it for a few years, it's very good at its job. I typically only have to replace the filter once a year. My only issue is it doesn't play nice with my humidifier during the cold, dry times of the year, as it detects the atomized mist as a pollutant and goes into overdrive. So I have to have one or the other on, not both.

    211i Max generational benefits

    The new model has a different footprint, outer surface, WiFi control, and real-time particle count analyzer. Smooth install and ultra quiet operation followed by undetectable particles (unless near the microwave). Great product that verifies 15 year old model performed to similar excellence.

    Changing Air Filter

    After changing the filter and trying to reset the filter life, the blueair would not reset the filter ,even after following the owners manual and holding the fan insignia for 15 seconds. it now shows highly polluted air at 999 and even running the system on auto for 3 days it doesn’t change anything.

    Vacuum works wonders

    First time I ever used vacuum to clean filter. Formerly, shook it out and switched aurora filter. Vacuum did an excellent job. Red lights turned blue.

    I guess it’s good.

    I bought this unit for my parents home that never gets much cleaning unless I do it. They also have a dog that sheds. When I set it up, it said the air quality is excellent. So I’m kinda wondering if it’s doing any good. I will keep it but wish it was smaller.
