Dyson Air Purifier Hot and Cool HP1 White

Its been around a month and this unit works quite well. Only concern that I noticed was around the power. There's a power is something wrong kind of dotted grid icon coming up. The support team said to change the socket to another place and it definitely isn't the core issue. Seems something is up in the machine, I'll keep monitoring as it isn't the only appliance I've tried in that socket and other appliances when connected works without any issues, including sensitive computers, printers, etc. So definitely not a socket issue. Talking about the purifier, the app is great, but I wish it didn't need internet to talk to a local network connected purifier! I am able to keep the room air clean and warm during winters. It is great, and I think this is recommendable. The filters are quite large, and rotation is gentle. Air isn't harsh on you either (I about a meter to two away from the fan most times and it is quite gentle). I'll test this further during the summer months for its cooling effects too.

Our first was a Dyson Pure Cool Me (air filtration) for my son who has a severe pollen allergy, and sleeping during the night for him was practically impossible until we got that fan. On initial use and ever since he now sleeps through the night comfortably. This then led us on a dyson journey! Similar to our other 2 dyson air purification hot and cold fans, this new purifier hot and cool HP1 is additionally better as we can control the fan through the Dyson app which is quite handy, whilst also knowing that our son can breathe more easily within the entire house. Obviously this is a significant investment, but what we noticed from our other two (air filtration) hot and cool fans is that we could heat up a room in the winter within 5 - 10 mins without having to put our heating on, and saving us a wee bit (lot) of money in the process, making the purchase more beneficial. Additionally, the performance of the HP1 cooling function in the summer is a godsend and it’s also with limited noise which is also a bonus for us. We are really enjoying this product!

The base of the unit is bigger than what I was expecting due to the filter but it is absolutely fine as the air quality feels much better with the filtration. This is an added bonus as I live near a busy high street. A great addition to the 'Dyson' offerings and I highly recommended this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Hot + cool last year and bought a seperate air purifier, I found I was moving the 2 upstairs and down a lot of the time, the purifier hot+cool HP1 performance is great Heating up the room in no time with virtually no noise at all, the cooling system is of eaqually high performance, the filtration system I am hoping will be of Dyson’s high standard but I need to test this over a longer period of time. The price is on the high side but a good investment, I would say if your budget allows this is the one to go for, great all round performance, space saving and the remote is a great feature

The levels of cooling are perfect and the noise isn’t distracting at all. What has impressed me most so far is the air filtration system. Within just a couple of hours of running, the air in my living space feels noticeably fresher and cleaner. The purifier tracks and adjusts automatically, which makes it hassle-free—I don’t need to constantly tweak the settings.

The filtration and cooling on this device is excellent. We set it to "auto" and it does it's thing whenever the temperature rises or the air quality changes. It is also very silent and the airlfow is really soothing.

This is our third Dyson Air Purifier and the best of the three as it is controllable from my phone and provides a lot of information re air quality. The heating feature is appreciated during cooler weather. This machine is a lifesaver during the smoke intrusion from Canadian Wildfires in Manitoba and Ontario affecting a once pristine northern Michigan.

Within 48 hours of owning my machine it displayed a faulty error. It has been well over a month and Dyson have not replaced my machine. They looked at it and said it was fine - it is not - and I am still trying to have my machine repaired. It doesn't shut off when reaching the set heating temp, it goes well past it and overheats the room. Also it displays a different temperature to every other thermometer I own, saying the room is often warmer than it is.

I bought this in addition to another Dyson bought last year to help keep my room cool with having hot flashes during the winter while using the heat. I’m happy with the way it filters dust and allergens the air. It sounds like white noise which helps me sleep.

Love my Dyson air purifier. Great to have with pets that shed a lot. Very quiet machine. Also has heating and cooling mechanism which would be great for small spaces/office.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works well as an air circulator and heater. I haven’t had it long enough to say how well it works as an air purifier. Overall it’s quiet, except for white noise when it’s on high. I like the sleek design and how most of the functions can be controlled through the Dyson app. I like that the remote control has magnetic dock on the top of the unit so that I don’t misplace it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the 350 degree turn on this machine and love that it can heat as well as purify the air. The ability to tilt the fan toward the floor is really nice as well and it came in handy for drying out a rug. Very pleased with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The filtration of this unit is great for allergies. My breathing and hay fever symptoms have gotten better since I’ve been using this in my bedroom. This unit also cools bedroom really well.

Not cheap but an excellent product. Easy to use and operate.
