    Great, but with a few caveats

    This is a really great product. If you’re depending on the heating function be sure your expectations are in line with what it can do. The ambient temp in my house right now is around 60F with the outside in the high 20’s. Right now we’re using this in our 12x20 living room which is around 67F if you’re within 3-4 feet of the unit. I think that’s pretty impressive. It’s not loud and it’s easy to use. You can use your phone to monitor filtration levels or change some of the fan functions (excluding the temp) but you don’t have to use the app. The fan without using heat is exceptional, and the filtration? It’s Dyson, you can’t go wrong. I think the best use for the heat function is to augment the temp just a few degrees from the rest of the room. Perfect for a chilly office environment since it’s very quiet. If the difference of a few degrees warmer is what you’re after, this is great.

    Good service

    My cool and hot air purifier broke down withing the two years guaranty, Dyson responded soon, as the air purifier was not reparable, they gave us a new one. We are very happy and we recommend Dyson products.

    Great product

    This is the second one 1 ordered. Have them in different rooms. Actually ordered a third one and gave to my son for a gift for his house. These work GREAT. Heat takes care of my entire bedroom and family room. It’s quiet and effective. Highly recommend it.

    Love all three features

    This is one of the best purchases that I have made this year Air purifier cooler heater. I can’t say how happy I am that I I bought this Dyson product. It cools my house and heats my house faster than my mini split. AC I can only hope the air purifier is performing the same. love love love this product

    Provides supplemental heat quickly

    Purchased to supplement heat in my guest room. Works extremely well to take the chill out. Heats up quickly - no need to keep on continuously as the room is somewhat small. I was nervous about a space heater but chose this because I trust Dyson.

    All good except new gen has limited app access

    I have 5 dyson fans, this last one came with limit app access to control the fan due to UL limitations. i would rather not have UL certification and be able to control everything via app.

    Solid unit

    Good unit--heats my gym up pretty quickly. Would be 5 starts if the price point were a bit lower. My only complaint about the unit is that I bought it for the remote control feature, where you can turn on via phone, but you CAN'T turn on the heater remotely--which was the whole reason I got it. Not their fault apparently--it's government regulation--but wow is that irritating. Still, within 10 minutes the room is warmed up so not a dealbreaker. Pretty quiet, heat is not the dry heat from quartz units--it feels very even and clean.

    Hot and Cold HP1

    Very happy with this hot and cold HP1 Dyson product. Great heating and fan cooling. Low noise. Love it is a purifier as well. Great information provided on the App. App is easy to use to control the product and also provide information. Easy to control from both App and remote. Happy I bought it. Easy to move from room to room.

    Very underwhelming device

    First unit stopped working within a week after only using it for a few minutes. When contacting support they indicated they would repair the unit, which was very disappointing for a brand new unit to not just be replaced. Eventually they sent a brand new replacement but very slow process. 3 days to work out the unit had died. Fan mode is very underwhelming and loud. Heat mode is even worse and is extremely loud . Considering the price this is a very disappointing device and would never recommend to purchase again.

    Love Dyson products

    As with many Dyson products, this air purifier exceeds our expectations. It is quiet, with an elegant design. It was easy to set up. We notice an improvement in air quality. We appreciate the heating/cooling function because we live in Minnesota where the temperature varies a lot. Excellent product at a fair price.

    Low Airflow

    Airflow is low. I expected it to be more like the Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool HP1. Overall, pretty disappointing.

    Don’t Buy

    Don’t waste your money the product is too expensive for what it does . I tried to return a fully boxed unit with a receipt within one day of purchase , after 4 weeks still no credit Dyson is so over rated
