A: f your air quality never reaches 100%, make sure that the filter is properly installed without its original plastic packaging. If the filter is properly installed, then it may need replacement. Note that the filter generally requires replacement every 6–12 months, but if a high amount of particulate matter is regularly present in your air, you may need to replace the filter more often. Activities like smoking, burning candles, running a humidifier, opening windows, and cooking (among other things) can add more pollutants to your air. Make sure to survey your environment and remove anything that could be causing low air quality.

The mere presence of even one of over 900 chemicals requires this warning. Where it's not feasible to test every single chemical, we're including the label with all our products. Good air purifier
Great air purifier I have kids and a dog that keeps my hair very clean. We also cook with a lot of spices so it keeps the air fresh and odor free. It looks great in the living room room. Also low maintenance. Great product.

One of my favorite purifiers
I use this in my bedroom and love it. It’s quiet enough but still offers that nice hum that I like for sleeping. My boyfriend gets bad allergies and this has been a lifesaver for him. We live in the country so we have a lot of dust and smells and it works amazing. The odors are gone including country smells like manure and skunk. I’m sold.

Not sure this works
I’ve had for 2 days, the first day it just made the room smell like plastic. Right out of the box it was at 100% and it doesn’t dip below 100% unless you blow vape smoke directly at it, then it runs for approximately 1 minute then is at 100% again and stops. Also doesn’t seem to do much for smells, not even cooking smells, which is why I bought it. Might need to return.

Never under 100%
Was hoping to purify the air in our guest bedroom for a sensitive family member. Plugged it in side by side with my other (smaller 100 Series) Shark Air Purifer, and this one would not read below 100% ever. While I vacuumed the other dipped into the 80s, this one was unchanged. Reinstalled the filter, unplugged, reset to no avail. Will be returning and trying something else.

More expensive and not as good as I expected.
The Air Quality display died. I have never been able to reset it. The filter needed to be changed before 5 months, although the display did not show it. By the time it showed less than 100 %, the display would not reset. The purifier still works; the filter is very expensive to have to change it every 4 months.

Was good until not
Worked really well initially and then the sensor quit working appropriately and constantly wants to run on high saying air quality is always 0. We have thoroughly cleaned, changed the filter and tried to make sure the sensor was clear of debris. Not happy to waste 250 on this and now it is past the return window.

Air It Out!!
Super quiet!! And I keep it on auto, therefore, it won’t just run when it’s unnecessary…and it saves the filter….it kicks on when it needs to….usually it’s running on low and is at 98% but this a.m. it went down to 89 and was in the yellow….and it kicked on a few notches….and within 15 to 20 minutes it was back to 100%for air quality!!!! It If I don’t see the notification that the fan is on, I wouldn’t know, it’s super quiet..almost too quiet….and it’s cute too!!! Easy to put together…but take the plastic from around the filer , unscrew the bottom, slide the filter on, place the bottom back on, and that’s it…easy breezy!!! Uhhhh it could have been a little cheaper, but it’s well worth it!!! And the fact that the filter can last up to a year, is even better.

Stopped working as Expected
Loved it at first. Less than 2 months and the sensor is always at 0% clean air. Tried vacuuming the sensor and cleaning the filter. Didn’t work. Luckily target took it back since it was still fairly new. Didn’t chance getting another since it seems to be a known issue with this model.

Clean Air, but allergies continue
Seems to work well for a small 1/1 apartment. I like to move into the bedroom at night. I don't find it helping my allergies, but the meter changes when cooking and having candles on. This shows that it does register particles in the air. I hear finding replacement filters can be a hassle.

The child lock is the reason I bought this in the first place. As a mom to two toddlers that’s very important to make sure they are safe and it actually works to keep it locked. It’s quiet, not too large so you can keep it discrete too. The options to see how clean the air is by % or my favorite the pollen count. It even cleans the air when you use hair product near it. It gave our family a peace of mind knowing the air was clean.
