Q: Air purifier doesn’t leave 100 % pretty sure it’s not working. Defeating having a child with allergies and nothing.
A: f your air quality never reaches 100%, make sure that the filter is properly installed without its original plastic packaging. If the filter is properly installed, then it may need replacement. Note that the filter generally requires replacement every 6–12 months, but if a high amount of particulate matter is regularly present in your air, you may need to replace the filter more often. Activities like smoking, burning candles, running a humidifier, opening windows, and cooking (among other things) can add more pollutants to your air. Make sure to survey your environment and remove anything that could be causing low air quality.

Q: why is there a prop65 warning?
A: We're required by law in the State of California to include the Prop 65 Warning. We include the warning in abundance of caution and to comply with this California warning mandate. The mere presence of even one of over 900 chemicals requires this warning. Where it's not feasible to test every single chemical, we're including the label with all our products. Please rest assured that all Shark Clean products comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Q: How quiet is this machine, from a 1-5, 5 being the noisest?
A: This Air Purifier operates at a pleasantly quiet level. On a scale from 1 (quietest) to 5 (noisiest), it rates around 2 out of 5 on lower settings and about 3 out of 5 at its highest. It’s designed to maintain a peaceful environment, making it ideal for bedrooms and offices.
submitted bySharkNinja Product Expert - 2 months agoBrand expertA: The machine has four purify settings. On settings 1-2, the sound is barely noticeable (I’d rank it a 1). On settings 3-4, it is loud like a white noise machine and can be difficult to hear others if the machine is within 5 feet (I’d rank it a 5).
