Dyson Purifier Hot and Cool HP2 De-NOx

I'm very happy with my new air purifier! The advanced settings allow for heating, cooling, airflow direction, and so much more. Control and monitoring from the app is always a plus. The footprint is also relatively small for the area coverage.

Gold color is hard to pair with interior. Silver/grey like HP07 is best color combo for home.

A bit loud. Wish I could do heating with indirect flow.

I like the design, looks good, but I haven't really got in to using it, because the instructions are difficult to read. I am 78, and not "into" Apps, I just want to know how to use the features using the unit itself, or the Remote.

It’s a wonderful design, which combined with the MyDyson App for remote control, makes it an awesome product. It’s made a huge difference to my wellbeing and comfort.

Build quality is great, Cooling / Heating Air flow is good, Filtration is awesome. Too loud / noise to operated at fan speed above 5. App wifi connection is too slow, feel it's a costly trade to have wifi connection. Smart Home Matter / HomeKit connectivity could be a better upgrade.

Amazing fan, very nice design and colors. Heats my room very well and I never notice the noise. I love the online functions for being able to check the filtration and control settings on the app. I am addicted to checking the graphs and seeing how my air quality improves.

NO, I am not satisfied as the unit does not sufficiently cool the room.

Because it is constantly filtering the air at the highest left I’ve noticed fewer allergies, better scent in my home, and even deeper sleep. I don’t get sick or congested as I did before. I purchased this as an alternative to a window unit air conditioner. It’s not an air conditioner but does an incredible job moving air and keeping my spaces cool. The air quality information is helpful and the purifier works well when air quality spikes. I’ve only used the heat function once but know it will work well in the winter months. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. It’s a lot of money, but the many functions it covers are worth it.

I already love my Dyson vacuum cleaner, now I can add the Dyson Purifier too. We have used the purifier every night for the last 6 weeks, the air quality has improved in our home and the quiet cool keeps us perfectly comfortable. Thank you Dyson for another great product!

Great air filtration system with silent sound. Can’t wait to see it perform in the winter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had this product very long but I can tell a difference in the air quality in my house, especially my pet room! It's a little heavy but with all that it does, it's worth it. Heats and cools fast. Low noise.

The product is really good, but it consumes fair bit of electricity

The Dyson had been planned as a safe heater for a nursery where little hands could not get burnt. We found that the heater was set at 21 degrees but it did not turn off (despite this setting). We woke up to an extremely hot room with the baby rooms thermostats that we also use saying 25.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this product 3 days ago and it has helped bring down the temp in the room quickly, the fact that it has many different coverage choices ranging from 45* to 350* helps circulation in the room (no more stuffy air) also tried out the heating feature and it definitely does the job, the room got hot in no time. Only thing that might be a slight issue is the noise, it can be little noisy but the overall efficiency of the purifier makes up for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This slick, ultra-quiet purifier arrived just in time for the hottest day in Silicon Valley so far of 2025... it quicky transformed the air around me to be crisp and refreshing, as if I was taking a walk in the morning forest. It's so powerful that I didn't need to turn on the central AC because the bedroom was already cool enough with this running at a level 5 power at night. In fact it's so good, I'm considering of moving this to my elderly father's study room which can often get too hot or too cool... but I'm just afraid he might not be able to intuitively understand the buttons on the remote control, nor where to secure the remote control on the device. Maybe these are areas for future product iteration, along with some kind of smarter cord storage? I also think Dyson can use smarter branding for this device so that folks don't need to guess around on what seems to be molecular acronyms... All in all, the above aspects are not enough to detract from my five-star rating due to its power, projection, and aesthetics - the LCD screen is so clear and high quality, not to mention the coloring and finish - it looks and feels superb...!
