For a quick snack, I pour some in a cup & snack on it. Add to yogurt or cottage cheese, put it in on bran cereal to give it the cereal some umph(!). Out doing errands? I pack some in a baggie so I'm not tempted to stop for fast food. I've also broken pieces smaller so I can add it to a cake mix or make a hidden pocket inside a cupcake with the trail mix in the middle.
