I can connect to my phone's Bluetooth very easily, the sound quality is great, and the connection is durable. I haven't had any issues with connectivity on phone calls, I love it. The headphones are cushioned and comfortable, perfect for long use. Battery life is of decent quality. I would over all recommend this set for anyone who drives for a living. You can control and command phone calls and music with just the sound of your voice. No need to take your hands off the steering wheel or your eyes off the road. What a great invention!

My husband spends most of his days driving and contacting clients and this is an amazing hands-free option. The sound quality is great and he prefers to have one ear uncovered for driving awareness safety. The battery life seems great so far. Some other people have had issues with the ear foam wearing down over time but I think if you’re not pulling it off your head and storing it well you shouldn’t have to worry.

I received the BlueParrott В550-XТ for my independent and honest review. The B550-XT looks bulky but is lightweight and mostly comfortable to wear. It being lightweight, I was afraid of the quality of the build but having dropped it a couple of times in the gravel, it's withstood the test with no damage. The fit and feel has mixed reviews. You have a choice between a leather or foam ear option. I went with the standard leather. It fit well and provided ample cushion. The mouthpiece was able to flip from either side of your face for comfort. Where it was lacking in comfort was the headband itself. Wearing eyeglasses, it put pressure on my head and strain on my nose due to the pressure. The clarity and noise cancelation were top notch for both myself and the caller. The hands-free voice commands were easy to use, and the app was optional but a great bonus to extra features and real-time views of battery life, etc. The only option that could be improved was the mute button. You didn't know if you were muted or unmuted because the sound is the same. A physical removal of the headset was the only option to verify the mode if you hit it too many times. Overall, if you need a Bluetooth headset, especially if you need to hear over noisy jobs, it's a great option to purchase.

The audio quality is amazing (even during the squeakiest of playtimes), and the noise cancelling outperforms my favorite gaming headset when considering background noise. With up to 24hour battery life, I consistently go days without needing a charge. Speaking of charging…the main improvement I’m missing would be the Micro USB charging. It’s a bit outdated considering this is a newer addition to the #blueparrott #BP2024 lineup. If this were USB-C, it would be one less cable to carry around.
