Q: RE: the above Q&A, you are saying that the bedbug "treatment" applied to this product is purely a mechanical (not chemical) barrier made of 100% cotton? The "treatment" just means how it's woven?
A: The claim has not been made that the pillow protector was chemically treated. The pillow, " Serves as a means for treatment and prevention".

Q: What is it "treated" with which makes it dust mite resistant and from where is it imported?
A: This pillow does not use chemicals. It is developed using a smart weave design that prevents bed bugs or dust mites from being able to surpass the pillowcase to enter the pillow.
