So buttery!
I am a King Arthur Flour fan from way way back. But I must tell you that, you have won me over. I bought your baking soda and semolina flour to begin with. For the record, I do not buy mixes. Everything is from scratch, but I then moved onto your chocolate cake. My intention was just to make it for myself, but I must say I might try passing this off onto my family! I then made the corn muffins. Granddaughter and family stopped after church, I had just taken them out of the oven, they sat in the driveway and ate all 12 muffins! Well tomorrow, I am trying your brownie mix. Sadly, I think King Arthur Flour has lost me along the way.

Cornbread
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We made the cornbread to eat with out chilli for dinner one night my husband followed the directions to a T and the corn bread was just off not a great taste and terrible texture would just absolutely crumble apart very frustrating to eat

Dry cornbread
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to like the cornbread mix but I had a hard time. It was very easy to work with and bake, however, the cornbread was dry and gritty. It seemed to need just a little salt for more flavor. I'm sure I'm just so conditioned to over salted and over sugared varieties of cornbread, so that may be a factor.

I guess it's because I'm used to regular mixes (or scratch made) products. I really had a taste for the cornbread and I put Ina can of corn with it, but it didn't help the taste.

Great taste
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually make skillet cornbread from scratch but use the cornbread mix to compare. While nothing beats homade, the corn mix was really good. It came out crisy on the sides and moist. My husband liked it a lot and appreciated was low in sodium & simple ingredients.
