The best sourdough I ever had - and soooooo simple to make! I can't believe it's that simple. I was sceptical first but the instructions are clear, you only add water and follow 4 steps. I'm not a sourdough baker but this is my second loaf. Will order again - Everyone can bake Milly's

I absolutely love this sourdough bread mix! As someone who has always been intimidated by making homemade sourdough, this made the process incredibly simple. All you do is add water, let it rest overnight, and bake it in a Dutch oven. The result is a beautiful artisan-style loaf with a crisp crust, soft interior, and wonderful sourdough flavor. I especially appreciate that it’s made with European-milled flour, which gives it a quality you can really taste. The instructions were easy to follow, and my loaf turned out looking and tasting like it came from a bakery! Loved it

Expensive Experiment
A lot of work for a very lackluster result. I’ve been baking bread from scratch for decades and thought this would be a good shortcut. Besides not rising properly, the overall flavor was lacking any semblance of sourdough. If you’re looking for a good sourdough mix, give King Arthur Alaska Sourdough a try. It’s so much better and less expensive than Milly’s.

So easy and delicious
Not sure what I was going to expect, but baked my first loaf this morning after mixing it and letting it rise in the fridge overnight. Kitchen smelled amazing and after waiting an excruciating hour for it to cool, one bite and I was hooked. So simple. Great instructions. I will buy again.

So happy I tried this🤩 I love sourdough but was too scared to get into the whole making it from scratch. I saw this on Instagram and thought there's no way it's that simple with all the sourdough benefits and flavor but it really was! My family loved this will definitely be making this as our bread from now on!

I honestly didn’t expect a bread mix to turn out this good. The bread came out with a crispy crust, soft inside, and real sourdough flavor without all the complicated steps. You literally just add water, mix, and bake. What I love most is that it actually tastes like fresh bakery bread from Europe, not like a typical boxed mix. Super easy to make, great ingredients, and perfect for busy days when you still want fresh homemade bread. The smell while baking alone is incredible. Definitely buying again and trying the other varieties too. Highly recommend for anyone who loves real bread without the hassle!

I disliked all of it. The bread turned out awful in taste and texture. It did not rise or have an ear or any other characteristics of true sourdough. I am a sourdough baker and I tried one just to see. And I followed the directions to a tee. No thank you. Never again!
