Surprisingly tasty! Not dry at all. Without any add-ins it makes 12 small muffins; definitely not full size muffins. I would bake these every week if it wasn’t so pricey.

I’ve been buying these for years bc my kid is gluten free so I know how many muffins a box makes. You can BARELY make 12 normal sized muffins out of this box anymore and since they are so expensive it’s important to get a good amount for the price. It’s cheaper to make your own muffins or flour mix from online vs buying boxed mix. My new GF banana muffin recipe is $4.25 for 12 muffins & it takes as much time. Just look for other recipes instead of spending so much money on low-quality mix so they can’t keep screwing you over with cutting the product.

I didn’t like the taste of these muffins. Disappointing. I just recently went gluten free and have been searching for good baking mixes. Will not make this one again.

New to gluten-free baking and this mix is amazing. I substituted water with almond milk, which probably made it more moist. I can’t wait to use this for muffins! I hope these types of products become cheaper.

I was pleasantly surprised by how moist and tasty these are. The flavor was good, not as sweet as I would have liked, but since I'm no longer eating refined sugar, these were quite good and I'd definitely buy again.

This muffin/bread mix is absolutely amazing!! Everyone in my household’s eyes lit up when they tasted the muffins. My 10 year old son was able to mix the 3 easy ingredients and bake them himself. A new breakfast staple in our house as we are swapping things out with less sugar and cleaner ingredients. Thanks Simple Mills.

I followed all directions of the box, but not even nine minutes in, my oven started smoking. Turns out they burnt. So not sure about the 15 to 20 minutes time for baking is accurate.

This is my favorite boxed muffin mix out on the market! My now three year old son loves them and loves helping me make them. Only down side is if you make the mix according to the directions without adding anything else there’s barely enough batter for a dozen muffins. I always health them up a bit by adding ground flax seed and unsweetened shredded coconut. These two things add extra nutrients and also gives you more batter to work with. One box is definitely a bit pricey but I think it’s worth it for the taste, texture and quality.
