I made these and my little family went wild they came out the oven perfect just like a brownie is supposed to be slightly flaky on top and sorta soft in the middle the taste is phenomenal found a new favorite with these.

Another Home Run From Bob

Definitely need the egg but also threw a touch of coconut oil in our mix (always a little vanilla and cinnamon too) - turned out splendid. Top with dark chocolate and almond butter!! So good

They were easy to make gooey & moist but I think you could make them less gooey fairly easily if that's your preference. I prefer them more on the gooey side. The only negative is they are hard to stop eating! Seriously, SO good!

I took off 1 star because my package had these small hard clumps of flour that were impossible to break up despite stirring vigorously. Not sure if I just got a bad batch. Thankfully there weren't hard flour bits in the final brownies.
