A: The Ghirardelli mini chips can be substituted for barista chips. The Ghirardelli mini chips are slightly bigger than barista chips so a slight adjustment may need to be made. If the chips are being used as a topping, consider grating our semisweet baking bar over the drink, also available at Target.
