I’ve always used disposable pans with plastic lids, but loved that these were not as deep as regular loaf pans, and the banana bread cooked a bit faster. Also loved the flat lids. If needed you could write on them. Perfect!! 5 stars! Not sure what smoke some or residue on some reviews.

I like the size and function of these containers; however, they release a grey/black substance when they come into contact with oil, even after washing them multiple times. I’m not comfortable with consuming whatever that substance may be, so I dumped a whole batch of food sadly.
