Q: Has anyone cut into this pan and how did it hold up? I am thinking of using it for bakalava or cake and need to cut directly into the pan.

These pans are designed to be durable and can handle the pressure of cutting without breaking or compromising their integrity. For optimal results, it's best to use a plastic or silicone cutting utensil instead of metal ones to avoid scratching the surface. This is true of all of our disposable bakeware.

Perfect Pan

We were taking Green Bean Casserole to my SIL's about 2 hours away. This container was perfect. It's sturdy, looks nice and a great size. I mixed everything the night before, put it in the pan and stuck it in the fridge. The next morning all I had to do was bake at SIL's house and serve in the same pan. Easy peasy from start to finish. Highly recommend.

2 of the 3 pans I purchased had holes in the corners. And unless you save every piece of packaging and can find wherever the lot number is, Reynolds doesn’t care about their trash products.

Check for broken areas

Beware that even if you buy these in store, they may be broken from a corner. I didn’t realize until I was already in the process of cleaning to bake, both containers I bought were broken. I’m having to line them with baking sheets so that I can use them. I do love the convenience of being able to carry.

Bad for health and bad for environment. Also comes greasy with no disclosure if it’s pre-greased or some sort of non-stick application. No transparency from manufacturer.
