They're perfect for small desserts because they are sturdy enough for the job! I assembled a banana pudding in one pan and a tres leches cake in another pan and it held up perfectly. I also use these pans when making coffee cake. It's the perfect size.

The pans are flimsy and the aluminum too thin so that they bend easily and then the lid doesn't fit.

REYNOLDS DISPOSABLE CAKE PANS WITH LIDS (8"X8") are great to cook in and very much like the non-stick feature. Tonight I cooked 4 very large Bone-in Chicken Thighs in 1 of these pans and it did great job. Like that it comes with storage lid if needed too. Thank you. :)
