Q: Has anyone baked baklava in this and cut directly into the pan? Did it cut through?

These pans are designed to be durable and can handle the pressure of cutting without breaking or compromising their integrity. For optimal results, it's best to use a plastic or silicone cutting utensil instead of metal ones to avoid scratching the surface. This is true of all of our disposable bakeware.

Not sturdy and prone to leaks..lead to oven fire

Very flimsy and leak prone. Tried a large casserole in this pan. When taking the pan out periodically to check on the casserole, the pan was very flimsy and would become misshapen. Apparently this caused problems with leaking which ultimately led to an oven fire

I'm smarter than a pan (I thought)

Like the other reviewer, I could not get the lid to securely attach to the pan. I came online searching for tips, but really, it should be pretty intuitive. If I needed a pan that did not need to be transported this would be fine.

These are so easy to use for taking deserts to family! Moreover, I can wash and reuse later (lined with foil) for messy things like backing a turkey or roasts. When the pans begin to look "scruffy," they can be used in the workshop to hold tools and messy projects. I get a lot of mileage out of these.
