Aluminum Loaf Pan - 3ct - up&up™

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice little three pack of loaf pans. They are made of aluminum and oven safe up to 500 degrees. I was hoping they included lids, but these do not. I thought they were a little undersized for loaf pans and took a photo of one in my glass loaf pan for scale. They are a good size for making several small loaves of banana bread, etc. and sharing with others. I was able to throw six overripe bananas in one pan to store until I have time to make the bread so they do hold a little more than it would appear at first glance. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set of three loaf pans is so convenient and bakes evenly and easily. I used one for a dessert bread and followed the recipe exactly, baking at 350 and it turned out just the way I wanted it. These would be so great for giving a baked good as a gift or taking to an event. One thing to note is they are a bit smaller than a traditional loaf pan, but I didn’t adapt my recipe and it still worked fine. One thing to note is the labeling on this is incorrect according to my research - since it is smaller than my normal loaf pan I researched and this is actually a bit smaller than a traditional 1lb loaf pan, not 2 as it’s labeled. This pan holds the equivalent of about 5 cups. This really needs corrected because it could lead to problems with the recipes! I received an incentive to write this review.

The tag says they are oven safe to 500 degrees F and for 2-12lb recipes. I’m planning to use the pans to make small loaves of banana bread. The sides and base feel solid and sturdy so I would expect them to bake very well without collapsing or falling apart. I’m excited to try them! I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am such a fan of these aluminum loaf pans. They are so convenient and easy to use that you definitely need to always have some on hand. They are the perfect size to reheat items or I like to use them to put potatoes in and put on the grill or the oven. I also love that they are disposable so it’s such an easy cleanup after use. You aren’t having to wash the dish so I love to use them when I’m camping. I received an incentive to write this review.

I love that it comes in a set of 3 instead of just 1 pan. It seems to be of good quality and I’ve had good luck with many other up&up homegooods. I think these pans will be great for helping to serve Thanksgiving dinner as well. They did not come with a lid, but you can just use some aluminum found to cover.
