A: I use them only for brining and never had an issue. I have been doing it for years.

Pre-heat oven to 350°F Add one tablespoon of flour to Reynolds™ Kitchens Oven Bag Cut six: ½” slits across top of oven bag Turkey Breast (bone-in) 4 - 7 pounds Cook 1 ¼ - 1 ¾ hours, relying on a meat thermometer temperature of 170°F for true doneness. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These bags are just great for turkey, multiple chickens (up to 4 chickens) etc. Problem with this offer is the price per package. Out local grocer sells the box of 2 bags for 3.49. Thats about 1.75 per bag.

I recently purcjased this to try to make my turkey juicire. The box was sealed. When I opened it there were no nlon ties and there were no recipes inside or suggestions as to how long it would take 20 pound turkey to cook. Nowi am at a loss and there are none left in the store!

Makes cooking a turkey super easy. Follow the instructions on the bag and the turkey comes out moist and delicious with little work involved. I was able to put the turkey in the oven and leave it alone until it was done. For sure buying whenever we have turkey.
