A: I always cook an 18-20-pound turkey and use two of these foil baking pans nested together and resting on a cookie sheet for easy removal from the oven.

Not that Target numbering sections make any sense at all anyway, but there are in aisle G32 and not E98 (toilet paper).

i was surprised to find this pan quite sturdy. at the last minute, i could not find my roasting pan due to a recent kitchen renovation. thank goodness target had this one in stock the day before thanksgiving. it saved the day…and even though it had instructions clearly stated to support the bottom, i didn’t have to. it held my 14 pound turkey as well as about 4 cups of liquid and assorted mirepoix i had in the bottom to sit my bird on.

Arrived bent. Turns out there was a hole in the bottom so all the Turkey juices and flavoring dropped everywhere. Had to run out last minute to buy a replacement. And clean up! Almost ruined thanksgiving. Do not recommend.
