Definitely tasty, also filling using only a quarter cup of dry cereal. Easy to make in the microwave. A great comfort food, like cream of wheat but much tastier & more satisfying. Great for a quick, hot breakfast cereal, also always great when recovering from an illness that throws off your appetite, including for both kids & adults. I don't feel hungry 2 hours later like I do after eating oatmeal. Great with a little salt & butter, even better with some honey or real maple syrup. Every store should carry this gluten free hot cereal.
