these are excellent for overnight oatmeal. just add a few spoonfulls into a dish with some bob's red mill flax seed and applesauce, and in the am you have a tasty, nutritious breakfast. very hard to find elsewhere. excellent price

Oatmeal goodness
I have been a long time user of this product. I bought a large quantity because the price was great and I share it with two of my sisters. +
