Rough fabric and loose shoulder straps
I wanted to love this carrier! After a ton of research and reading other reviews, I thought I found the perfect carrier. When the carrier arrived I immediately unboxed it and found the material to be rough and was concerned about the texture and comfort for my baby. I figured with so many good reviews I can maybe overlook the rough fabric and tried it on only to discover that the shoulder straps barely stay up. After serious adjusting and watching videos it never felt comfortable and the straps felt very loose. The carrier relied on the waist and lower back support rather than upper body support.

Great quality, easy to use
If you're a parent, do yourself a favor and get the Boba X carrier! I can't stop raving about it. The quality, the ease of use – it's pure joy. I feel like a superhero parent with this carrier. Thank you, Boba, for making my life so much easier
