I have a situation where I have a lot a lot of gas and times could be very embarrassing. But with these capsules that I’ve taken, I’ve noticed that my stomach don’t have that bloated feeling anymore or it’s not as bad as it was that I noticed that I don’t walk down the house and just be passing gas so I’m very thankful for these pills. I take five capsules a day when I feel that I need it and it does help me.
