These are not authentic or fresh bolillo rolls. It’s regular white bread. It’s dry, crumbly and overall disappointing. Find yourself an authentic market with these. Not overly processed starch rolls at target

I’m glad Target has this in stock! However, it lacks the flavor, texture and fragrance of traditional bolillo bread. I hope Target improves the recipe.
